Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place your unworn, unwashed items with original tags still attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailing envelope.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid USPS return shipping label from our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any USPS mail carrier or drop it off at a local post office; you will receive an email notification once your refund or exchange has been processed.
